It's close.. the other appearance a couple years back had I think 5 lights, in the shape of a V and the lights were white.. those kinda did look like flares.. but this time there's 4 and they are red.. red flares? Red's not that good at illuminating.. unless they were for a specific purpose.. I dunno just speculating .. I don't think that it's an alien UFO (not that I don't believe in aliens).. It'd be interesting to see what I thermal camera or infrared camera would have picked up thorough the black sky..
