Definitely for  a non profit, the cost of 6 licenses for BlueDragon for J2EE 
plus a two year support contract worked about to be less than a quarter of the 
cost of CFMX 8 Enterprise without the support contract.

And unless you really need to use some of the CF8 specific stuff, BDJ2EE works 
just as well. So the cost is a major factor. 

Once the open source version is available I expect that that's going to be more 
of a concern.
