I was going to say my hands are the most useful tools in the kitchen, like my home ec. teacher taught me, but I think it's probably the two halves of my brain even more-so.
MacGyver was a role model of mine, growing up, so I know you can do it with a pen and some bailing-wire. Maybe an egg, too, in case of bullet-holes in the radiator or something (or oatmeal maybe, if there are no eggs available).
