AudioFile - will cease production of original shows, but remain on our schedule in repackaged and repeat format through September. A copy of the new April program grid is available on the loop at: T:/Programming/april02rev4T. The cancellation of Silicon Spin and the ceasing of production of AudioFile will result in staff reduction to these two shows. The cancellation of these shows is not a reflection of the staff members' abilities, nor is it a decision that was made hastily. Any decisions that impact our associates are taken extremely seriously and given great consideration. And while I am truly saddened to see friends and associates go, the cancellation of shows is an unfortunate, but inevitable part of the TV business. I would like to thank the affected associates for the tremendous effort and dedication they brought to their jobs. Please join me in wishing them the best of luck in their future endeavors."
