well i wouldn't buy from a private party unless it's sealed (in which
case it'll come with all of those things).  a lot of folks who stocked
up to resell are now starting to liquidate.

i bought off of craigslist for $310, and it came with an extra
controller.  by the time i'd have paid tax on the console (which was
sealed in box) and the new controller (also sealed), the difference in
price was really negligible.
