I'm not sure what this means... If "blocking" means, as I think it means from the article "not hosting" then, fine - screw 'em. None of the major ISPs do a good job of USEnet anyway (actually Comcast does... but just because they simply offer a low bandwidth Giganews account instead of hosting it themselves). However if "blocking" means... well, "blocking" (meaning I'm not allowed to use the Giganews account I pay for)... well, then: bullshit.
