You're comparing apples to oranges.

So-called "Christian Terrorists" do not have the support of any major
group of Christians. Wahabi Islam and suicide bombers are silently
accepted or at least tolerated by a large percentage of muslems. Even
those groups that call themselves "moderate" to governments have been
found to be more on the "extreme"

So-called "Christian Terrorists" do not have the support of any
government. Before the regime change, Iraq paid families of suicide
bombers $25,000
(http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2002/04/03/world/main505316.shtml)

So-called "Christian Terrorists", when caught, have been prosecuted as
the criminals that they are. "Because God told me to," is not
considered a valid defense in US courts. Maybe an insanity defense,
but not something that would let them walk free.

You do make something of a valid point in saying that there are groups
in every religion that decide to take what they perceive as God's (or
Allah's) will in their own hands. The differences lie in their
acceptance by the majority of the religion and their relative sizes.
