Yeah, some of the cities lower down the list were surprising to me
also.  But it's really just a list of the 100 *biggest* cities in the
US, arranged by traffic congestion.

You can drill down into any city and see where the bottlenecks are and
how it compares to LA traffic also.  According to that study,
Madison's traffic is 2% of what LA experiences.

I dunno what it is about statistics in general, but I could look at
them all day long.
