So yesterday was the start of week three for my fitness bootcamp.  I
only lost half a pound last week, which puts me at 206.0 (from a high
of 214), but have lost one more percent off the body fat (now 19%, was
22.8% at start), which means I gained some muscle.  I did some
calculations and it looks like in the last two weeks I've lost around
9.5 lbs of fat and gained 1.5 lbs of muscle.  Of course, the body fat
percentage comes from a questionably accurate scale, but I'll take it
anyways.

I have 7 sessions left to go. not counting "homework" on the weekends.
 It'll be interesting to see how much farther I can get in just this 4
week program. I've been sticking with the diet too and definitely can
feel a difference.  I ran a 5K last weekend and I wouldn't have even
thought about that at the beginning.  It's amazing how fast the body
can adapt if you really push it.

This Thursday is "bring a friend day", and I'm bringing along one of
my friends who's getting married this fall.  I guess alot of
brides-to-be do the program to get in "wedding shape". Hopefully she
won't stop talking to me for convincing her to do this.
