I married at 16. My husband was in the army. We waited until he
returned from Southeast Asia, then we bought a house, settled in and
started our family. Nice home, financially stable, I give birth to
two kids. By the time the oldest started school, hubby was gone, and
I was the single parent with no education. I went back to school,
majored in computer science, got some decent jobs, raised my kids
alone. They turned out ok, but the financial struggle was intense.
You can plan a perfect life, but you cannot guarantee it will work out
that way.
