I'm not sure of anything when it comes to campaign finance laws.

I am pretty sure of how I feel about one specific issue though: If it is
against the law for a foreign city to host a presumptive US presidential
candidate, solely to give him an arena in which to speak, then the law is
ridiculous.

Just how I feel.
