Well i hope it lives upto FALLOUT 1 & 2. Fallout tactics not so much. Yea i'm kinda bummed though that they made you pay 10 bucks for the tool when customers are doing the creation of the creatures that will be included in the game. I paid for it and if i buy the digital version i will say the 10 bucks but i'd rather they just give the tool out for free since we're populating their game world for them.
