That's a different kind of bark. Taxing the hell out of people at the top, and out of investing dollars (capital gains) to provide subsidies for people at the bottom is a defining feature of socialism. No, we're not completely socialist, but with Barack Obama as President and a Congress controlled by the liberal wing of the Democratic Party, we might just get there.
