Mine wasn't so fragile :)  Mine t-boned a lincoln town car (that made
a blind left hand turn) at 45 mph.  Bent the frame of the town car
pretty good.  I walked away with no injuries.  The engine mounts had
sheared on the spider, but that was about the only damage
visible....They totaled it so I guess there was some frame damage.

Still, for me to walk away from a 45mph crash was impressive to me.

Nowadays, I just take the Heart of Gold every where I go.
