In my relative inexperience with this subject, its usually poor security in 
IIS that causes this - check for a file thats been written to the home 
directory that would have been default over your CFM file - i.e something 
like default.htm or index.htm and ensure there are no write priviledges on 
this directory for unauthorized users.
