I made a Sub-Zero, Scorpion and Smoke costume one year for Helloween. They were modeled after the MK movie and I used Coat hangers for the mask frame and some other things like pencils and a comb for the designs, covered it with some wall spackle and painted with that stone textured paint. The torso was made from a nylon and we wore black pants, Black shoes, Black shirts and Baclava hood's. Every kid in a ninja suit would come up and start trying to fight us!
