Just a bad IBM day.

Started out not being able to send email. Error message was "Server not
configured"... really helpful. Apparently Notes decided to place me in the
"Home Office" zone rather than the "Office" zone... but not tell me.

Took a call to support to sort it out.

Then I needed to install DB2 client tools. After taking NEARLY A FREAKIN'
HOUR finding them on the PIT OF WHORE'S PISS AND MONKEY SHIT that they call
a website I found them. All 400 Meg of them. 400 meg for CLIENT TOOLS.
DRIVERS AND AMAZING SOME AMAZINGLY CRAPPY QUERY TOOLS!

Finally got those in and got a support call for an app I've never used.
After a story too long and dull to go into I found myself attempting to set
the app up in RAD 7. After spending at least two hours I still couldn't get
it to run... it kept saying that the path was incorrect because of duplicate
entries, but it didn't actually SHOW duplicate entries.

Never did get the damn thing to work. I'm so happy I spent half a day
feeding TEN CDs INTO MY MACHINE installing RAD 7!

I ended the day installing SameTime 7.5 (which I found in my search for DB2
Drivers). The install package was only 215 Meg (absolutely microscopic for
IBM). And it only took 35 minutes to install - FOR A FREAKIN' IM CLIENT!

Damn, IBM sucks.
