Hear, hear! How can we expect so much of alcohol-soaked college students when they live in such a tempermental place?
Route 1 in College Park has always been a hotbed of rowdiness, in the '70s that's where the riots started and they continued all the way into Washington. If you live in or near DC, you know what happened because you can still see the affects of those troubled times. Here's hoping no one gets hurt and the property damage can be repaired.
