Broadband users aren't going to bat an eye at 15 Meg - but why not just make
both available and give people a choice?  If nothing else you'll get
real-world metrics on how many download one vrs the other.

Even making a much lower quality version (5 or 8 meg) for those on a
bandwidth budget might not be a bad idea.
