I think if it turns out that this Tim Johnson was the same Tim Johnson that
filed a Worker's Comp claim for a serious injury from a construction job,
and who then ended up at Target as a not-quite-a-step-up in careers, my best
guess would be that (in a twisted logic), he held a grudge that the dem
governor appointed the judge on his case. Legal rulings, regardless of
outcome, seem to be a trigger for a lot of random looniness.

Purely a guess, of course.

My deep gut feeling is that this is the inevitable consequence of the hate
mongers.
