not hippie-hype at all.i think there was an uproar on o'reilly (speaking of fox propaganda) or rush (can't remember, don't watch/listen to either) about "high school kids" here in san diego who were getting weed through a loophole in the system. it turns out that the typical young patient getting a recommendation for marijuana has been on some prescription stuff like ritalin for years, and they are switching to marijuana because it screws them up much less than the big pharma stuff.
