Pacific Northwest
Columbia Valley Winery (there are several to choose from) Cabernet Merlot
('cause CR Salmon is extra rich, makes white wine seem so thin...)
A nice Tefft Cellars Cabernet Port (a Yakima Valley Vinyard) to finish off
the meal.
