I sent a message to American Airlines yesterday regarding a recent airline trip. I want to share it somewhere, I'm thinking here but I'm not sure if this is the right place for it. Basically I had a bad flight but it wasn't the fault of any one that was on the plane. I used their contact us form for customer service (there isn't a phone number) and haven't heard a response from a real person as of yet.
So for once I'm giving the option for someone to wave me off before I post what I sent them here.
