So... when Barack Obama is president, will we continue to hear useless commentary like this from the right? Perhaps that by appearing at the Capital building steps we can be told by the right that he is invoking an image of Julius Caesar? If he appears in front of a hanging flag with supporters in a hall in front of him, maybe can we get a shout out for invoking images of Nazi party rallies? If he shakes the hand of a family, maybe we can have some right-wing flapping head opine that his hand-shaking technique will surely lead us into a tax-and-spend death spiral.
