Did he say America is a failure? Did he say change helped him get the education he recieved and he's going to bring change so others can? Did he say he's going to make it so every American can go to school? Lower college tuition. Give teachers a raise? We have Federal teachers? I didn't take notes so I'm guessing this is what I heard
