You didn't use the full quote. Take it in context and it says something else than what you're implying by your partial quote: "How can Obama go out with a straight face and saw it was Republicans who made this mess, when it is his key advisers who ran the agencies that made the big mess what it is?"
Note that part about it being his key advisers who ran the agencies that made the mess. Democratic advisers. But remember the rule. It's Bush's (and the Republicans) fault.
