<CFREPORT REPORT="#GetDirectoryFromPath(CF_TEMPLATE_PATH)#arnotat.rpt" 
            DATASOURCE="ALPHA">

in this case, the CR rpt file is in the same folder as the .cfm 
and the datasource is pointing to an Oracle db
the main thing is the "path" stuff...
