Um, what kind of "free pass" is that? The kind where it has been in the news for months? Rezko, I admit that I'm worried about that one. Yes, Obama ended up buying that property at market price and there are no other allegations of impropriety, but still, I don't like that deal. The Weather Underground and Rev. Wright? That's some bogus shit. The "bomb throwing anarchist" had many a year of law abiding and by all accounts community building time between Ayers and his meeting wiith Obama.
Wright I have more concerns about. Not because I think he's a lunatic pastor. I mean, seriously, after the Tuskegee experiments, do you really blame someone for wondering if HIV is a goverment project too? I don't like Obama's attendence at Wrights' church because I don't want evangelicals in the white house, not because of his strain of evangelicalism. It seems that in this go around we have a choice between Wright and Hagee. If I had to choose (and I do it seems) then I've going Wright 100%. If you are going to tell me that your concerns are that Obama has a radical pastor after the people that McCain has embraced then fuck you. Seriously. I am entirely fine debates about Obama's policies, his experience and even his ties to lobyists (ala Rezko). I don't think that Obama is entirely clean. I think he will come out better in any of these debates with McCain. But if you think Obama has had a free pass in the media and if you think he is the one that has had ties to radical divise religious figures then fuck you very much. You haven't been paying attention and you are not deserving of an opionion. Yes, there I said it. Totally and completely un-PC and against all our liberal talking points. I know the people aligned with fascists in this election (and I use that term entirely seriously) and I know it ain't Obama.
