Meh. Looks like more hype than actual deliverable and $40K? I know that's
msrp, but a lot of hybrid cars have been selling at or above msrp because of
demand and low production.

Personally, I'll take the Peugeot 307 Hybrid Turbodiesel. Race car heritage,
excellent clean diesel engine, electric assist motor and for in-town use,
you can switch it to electric-only mode.

70 mpg (US) and resonable acceleration and good top speed. Now I just need
to get the money for a rally car based on it...
