I just find this super interesting because my guess is that this deal WOULD NEVER have happened today because: 1.) No money for InBev to borrow, thus no sale. 2.) The sale was made because a.) day traders pushed for something, and b.) SAB, InBev, et al are building monopolies w/o much consideration of other factors.
