Thanks Peeps! It is amazing that Erika can remember stuff like Birthdays... I'm *horrible* at remembering pretty much everything. And no, it's not the drugs, I've been this way since back when I was sober. :-)
I mean, even if it's in a calendar, it's pretty amazing, because, like, keeping track of calendars? Sheesh! :-) I had a lovely dinner with the family, got to hear all about my little sister's world travels to date... it was awesome. Since then, it's been not so awesome, as we've got a deadline for a project, and of course a couple servers decided to get fuxored. I just bit the bullet, and centralized all deployment configurations, rolled out a few virtual machines, and rocked some clustering. Now we can kill a server, and it doesn't kill *everything*. Yay! Hopefully that will nix some of the late-night, gotta-have-the-server-back-up-by-morning type scenarios... I'm probably gonna keep a low profile around here for a bit more... I promised myself I'd do some blogging, and there's still so much to do. And I'm not getting any younger. =] LOL WOOHOO for making it another year!
