Idiots. Did you see why the judge is considering throwing out the case? The FBI redacted testimony from the government's star witness that he never billed Stevens for the work, but that he thought Stevens would have paid the invoice had he been billed.
I wonder if the judge can declare a mistrial. Otherwise he might have no choice but to dismiss the charges.
