The whole "right" and "left" thing?

The thinking that taking a severely biased right wing opinion and a severely
biased left wing opinion somehow gets a middle
ground/rational/sane/intelligent analysis.

That whole line of thinking baffles me. And disgusts me. Ideologists with
closed minds of any stripe really irk me these days.

I think it was the great modern philosopher Bueller who said it best "-Ism's
in my opinion are not good. A person should not believe in an -ism, he
should believe in himself."
