I agree, although I don't think any of the reasons you provided give much of
a legal basis for a retrial.

There were some statements made by some witnesses, though, that would seem
to suggest they may have been out to get OJ.....that may be where a new
trial comes from.

Either way, I don't think he's going to get anywhere near the life sentence
that they say is possible for the 12 convictions.
