Lunch today is a Cuban sandwich made with real Cuban bread, pork shoulder slow-roasted with lime mojo and dressed with same plus a little melted organic orange marmalade and sambal olek, shaved smoked ham, thinly-sliced Claussen dills, and genuine Emmenthaler. All pressed hard and baked until perfect through and through.
