I'm not saying it doesn't exist.

What I am saying is that we have always had a bad rap for racism on the 
international stage.  Slavery and the civil rights chaos of the last 
century ensured that.

Now however it is far less prevalent not only than it was here, but then 
it is in most foreign countries.

Let's see a 2nd generation foreigner get elected in Europe or Asia, it's 
not going to happen.
