I remember .dbm! Never used it as an extension of course ... but ... From what I recall playing around in IIS ...You can map any extension you want to a CF site, as well as any other language as long as you're in complete control of the webserver. For those narcissists among us, you can use index.myname if you so wished and desired ...
I heard some people would hide what language a site was done in but mapping a custom extension for it.
