Doesn't answer the question of how the criteria is set and where the line is. When does someone not be black? Is it with 2 white parents, even if he's very dark skinned? How about if he's totally caucasoid with 2 dark skinned black parents? I call bullshit on this whole thing as the rules are made up as you go and some groups can use those rules waaaaay past what others can, do, or even should. And if it's due to some past historical injustice...
