put it this way -- I asked the question once and the doctor was amused. However, I have no history of diabetes nor does anyone in my family, and I was in because I had just had my first-ever ocular migraine (who knew there was such a thing?) and so retinal tear had already been ruled out. Odds are it is nothing but your health situation is probably completely different than mine. If worried, check and get it off your mind.
