Actually, I'm porting it to ASP.NET w/VB.NET code-behind.  After
intensive searching I could not find a specific reason why to use C#
over VB beyond the "cool" factor.

Thanks for the tip!  I was planning on using MSSQL Server to import
the files into a "holding pen" database and then grab what I need when
I need it.  The port is going from 100% FoxPro to 100% ASP.NET on
MSSQL.
