It was already priced in.  This has been in the rumor mill for at
least 3 months, but who know; maybe people waiting to back in to the
market will use this as a reason to jump.

I know that GM and Ford are super low, but I personally wouldn't touch
them.  But then on a conservative scale, conservative to liberal, from
1-5 I'm like a 0.2.

I don't like the re-engineering stories I've heard about The Volt.
Then there's the pricing that they've got all wrong.  I appreciate the
fact that they're taking the moon shot, but I'm not sure that they're
the right people to do it.

Then there's Tesla that's laying people off and losing some (most?) of
their funding for their sedan.

The Japanese have been mostly silent on their full electric.  I wonder
what's up their sleeve?

And finally there's the fact that no white knight has snapped up
either of these companies: not Goshn, not Buffett, not even the usual
PEG suspects.

What that tells me is that there is very little money that sees any
upside in GM or Ford.
