Agreed. *hailing Bill*. Fortunately I'm not a woman so there's no need to go that extra mile and drop, but I can hear it in my head so very clearly "on your knees and lick your punishment". Of course, that's truncated :-) I can see both sides of this argument. $150,000 probably isn't excessive in the extreme (only excessive) and I can also see the contradiction with regards to her campaign strategy, but relatively speaking is it really worth this kind of hoopla? Now onto more important matters ... the boots. I'm certainly not the best person to judge these days, but I couldn't take much from that photo.
