She discussed using private email accounts as a possible way to get
around record keeping requirements and subpoena law. Then one or more
private accounts comes to light. The media are supposed to just ignore
that?

Ah, so when you say "the media" you mean that ones you don't like.
Gotcha. Well, I'd guess that since the original report is only a
couple hours old and its a Friday night, we'll probably have to wait
for early next week to see. Hopefully by then they will have figured
out who accessed what and then we can judge the media outlets you
named for publishing or not publishing things.
