It was not upside down, it was backwards.  You know like how someone would
do it if looking in a mirror while trying to put the mark there themselves.

Also, it was too perfect as if someone took their time to make sure it
looked good. Not somethign you would expect in the heat of an attack.

After 17 years in EMS, I have seen what people look like after beign
assaulted and even had stuff 'drawn' on them with a knife (saw this more
times than I care to remember), this person did not look like any of those
cases.  So my doubt was also borne of previous experience and not just the
picture.
