I saw Metallica last week. Didn't do any moshing. T'was quite fun anyways. Needed it! Then saw Obama over the weekend. Wasn't more than a couple blocks from my house, so figured, what the hey, let us take the kid to see a historic event. Gave me some hope! Not too much tho, because, as viv said, the fear worked last time, and it appears to be doing quite well this time too, even with people I would think it would be a turn-off for. I don't think some people realize how crazy a lot of people are. Relatively speaking... sorta. Seems bad, using fear of the future as a tool. *AHHHHH!* Look out, scary shit ahead! Just kidding-- I've wandered through mosh-pits, using a finger in my beer-bottle to keep it from spilling (*too* much-- not *too* successful) and managed to not hurt myself or anyone else... does that sound like a man who would fear the future?
