8 years of being president tends to wear on a person. Seriously. Look at the pictures of the presidents when they take office, and compare them to how they look when they leave office. Clinton seemed like he aged 40 years. I can't imagine the toll that the constant stress of the job must take on a person.
Who'd want to work after that? And how could you possibly find a job that would hold your interest when you'd previously been the most powerful man in the world?
