I'm a permanent vote by mail voter. I filled out my ballot last week, but I haven't mailed it yet. I'm waiting in the unlikely event some major issue arises between now and Tuesday - more on the local races than the national ones, as barring assassination, I don't see anything happening on that level that would change my vote.
