I had mentioned before that the most recent baby was not hers but her daughter's (the one who is pregnant with her *second* baby now), and that it suffers not from Downs Syndrome but from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
Her medical records would tell this story from what would be *missing* from them, such as the birth and the post-partum tests on the parents that would follow such a diagnosis. The insurance information on those records might also reveal things like an annual deductible balance that didn't exhaust itself through the course of the pregnancy (which it always does). Just wait -- you'll see that I'm right about all this. She might have also had an abortion, I don't know, but this part I'd bet money on.
