I don't think so. He put in Soviet-style price controls across the country, with results similar to what happened in the USSR- products disappeared from the shelves because it was costing more to produce the good than they price controls allowed them to be sold for. I don't know if Obama has it in his head to pursue that kind of economically illiterate policy in the interest of "fairness", but I would not put it out of the realm of possibility. No one really knows what he might do.
