Anyway ... anyone hear of GetSatisfaction.com? Great little website and
service. Been checking them out since the beginning of the year. Well I just
got this in my mailbox. HOLY COW~!  Talk about a PRICING PLAN!

I mean it is a great little service. Well designed, etc... but I'm trying to
figure out where it warrants the monthly pricing structure they have in mind
here. Or am I missing something? Am I too oriented towards lower priced
services? Am I just not realizing how BIG this little company has become?
